Privacy Policy for Our Game

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their
'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law
and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify,
contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully
 to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally 
Identifiable Information in accordance with our Apps.

1. What information can we collect from the people during use of the app?

- "Personal Information" is information about an individual that can be used to personally identify that individual.
 Examples of Personal Information include: name, address, unique device identifier, unique friend code (Friend Code),
date of birth, telephone number, fax number, email address, and video/photo of an individual. Personal Information
can also include Non-Personal Information that, when combined with other information, can be used to identify an individual.
Some of the technical information that is automatically collected from your mobile device also falls under the category of
Personal Information. This includes your unique device identifier ("UDID" or "device ID"), IP address, and identifiers for advertisers.

- "Non-Personal Information" is information about an individual that, by itself, does not identify that individual.
Some examples of Non-Personal Information include your anonymous transfer code and in-game nickname,
 demographic information (age, gender, etc.), device hardware and software data, broad geographic information,
 App usage statistics, and purchase history.

- "Financial Information" is information relating to payments and billing (e.g. account information, billing address,
 payment processing data). We do not collect Financial Information from you unless you voluntarily 
provide it - which we encourage you not to do. All financial transactions that may occur within the App are facilitated
by a 3rd party payment service (such as Apple or Google). Your payment information is not shared with us; we only 
collect a device ID combined with your purchase history when an in-app purchase is made. Please review the Apple
and Google Wallet privacy policies to learn more about how our third-party payment processors handle 
your Personal Information and Financial Information.

2. When do we collect information?

- Personal Information and Non-Personal Informations: We collect this informations from you when you install app and login facebook.
- Financial Information: We do not collect Financial Information from you

3. How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our app,
respond to a survey or marketing communication, plays the apps, or use certain other app features in the following ways:
       To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
       To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products

4 . How do we protect your information?


No security measure is perfect or impenetrable, our App is scanned on a regular basis for security holes

and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our App as safe as possible.Your personal information
is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have
special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition,
all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information
to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

5. Do we use 'cookies'?

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

6. Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie

We have implemented the following:

8. California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world)
that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous
privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

9. Does our App allow third-party behavioral tracking?

It's also important to note that we do not allow third-party behavioral tracking

10. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
So, We do not collect any Personal Information from users under the age of 13 year old ("Child" or "Children").
